MT1: The Bidder’s must propose the following resources:

I: Name of each proposed resource
MT2: The proposed Intermediate Engineer identified in MT1 must have a University Undergraduate Degree in an applicable field of engineering from a Canadian Council of Professional Engineers (CCPE) accredited engineering program (Copy of certificate to be provided with the Supplier’s proposal).
Alternatively, should the candidate’s degree be from a non-CCPE accredited engineering program, their engineering education credentials must be deemed substiantially equivalent by the CCPE via an application to the Engineering International – Education Assessment Program, (EI-EAP), (Copy of the official CCPE judgement to be included).
Finally, as a third alternative, the candidate’s engineering education credentials will be considered compliant if the candidate is deemed eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer by a recognized provincial licensing body (proof of which is to be provided with the Supplier’s proposal).
MT3: The proposed Intermediate Engineer identified in MT1 must have a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in an applicable field of engineering as an Engineer within the past ten (10) years as of the bid solicitation posting date.
MT4:The proposed Intermediate Engineer identified for MT1 must have a minimum of four (4) years’ experience, within the past eight (8) years as of the bid solicitation posting date, performing tasks related to Intermediate Airworthiness Analysis Engineering Support providing expert technical consultation, assessment, evaluation, coordination and associated administrative oversight of Aviation Airworthiness activities on Military aircraft systems.
MT5: The proposed Intermediate Engineer identified for MT1 must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience, within the past five (5) years as of the bid solicitation posting date, in authoring and reviewing Airworthiness Certification documentation including records of Airworthiness Risk Management (RARMs), Annual Airworthiness Reports (AARs) and Engineering Process Manual Supplements (EPMS).
MT6: The proposed Senor Engineer identified for MT1must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience, within the past five (5) years as of the bid solicitation posting date, in reviewing Airworthiness Process Manual Content for compliance to either civil or DND regulatory standards.
MT7: The proposed Senor Engineer identified for MT1must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience, within the past five (5) years in coordinating pre and post Airworthiness assessment activities including pre-assessment activities, assessing corrective action plans and initiating and managing follow up action(s).
