Promaxis Systems Inc. has a requirement for an Intermediate Staffing ConsultantIf you have the following qualifications, we are very interested in talking with you about this opportunity;SCOPE OF WORKWhen required, the Contractor will execute the tasks including, but not limited to:1. Attend planning meetings in order to: review the statement of merit criteria for the advertised position, and make recommendations to develop competencies prior to posting the advertisement on PubliService through the EC HR Staffing Advisor.2. Review all applications received for the competitive process; compare experiences and conditions of employment with the established Statement of Merit of Criteria and provide completed screening material to the Technical Authority.3. Develop all required assessment tools (translation to be provided by EC) such as written assessment (if required) and behaviour-based questions, interview guide and oral assessment, reference checks and all relevant rating criteria and guides; validate with the Technical Authority and EC HR Staffing Advisor.4. Review and mark the candidates’ written assessments, identifying areas where the candidates did not meet the criteria and expected results.5. Review (with the Technical Authority) the results of the written assessment and provide written assessment results to EC HR Staffing Advisor upon approval of the Technical Authority.6. After each interview, discuss with board panel members and recommend rating of each candidate’s answer.7. Compile the interview notes from board panel members and prepare a consolidated report for each candidate, using MS Word or Excel and identifying each candidate’s scoring and ranking against the approved Statement of Merit Criteria.8. Arrange all reference checks for successful candidates including the questions, evaluation criteria and scoring grid.9. Compile all assessment results and prepare a consolidated final report for the advertised process for the approval of the Technical Authority and EC HR Staffing Advisor.MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:Education:• Secondary school diploma is required • Successful completion of the PSC Appointment Framework Knowledge TestExperience:• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is requiredLANGUAGE: BilingualSECURITY: ReliabilityIf this is of interest to you, please forward your resume, in MS word format.
