Promaxis Systems Inc. has a requirement for a L3 Project Manager.
If you have the following qualifications, we are very interested in talking with you about this opportunity;
MT1.1 The Bidder must submit a detailed resume for the proposed resource demonstrating that the minimum mandatory requirements are met (educational, professional designations and work experience) for resource category Project Manager, Level 3 as described below in Table 1. None.
MT1.2 The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that, at bid closing, the proposed resource has a valid personnel security screening at the SECRET level. At a minimum, the following must be provided:
•Name of the individual;
•Level of security clearance obtained;
•Expiry date; and
•Security Screening Certificate and Briefing Form file number.
MT1.3 The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has a university degree from a recognized academic institution.

A copy of the degree must accompany the bid.
MT1.4 The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. A copy of the certificate must accompany the bid.
MT1.5 The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has experience providing project management support, as described in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide, to a minimum of three (3) projects with budgets of at least $10M each.
Projects are defined as a minimum duration of at least six (6) months. None.
The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has experience within the last 10 years in each of the following:
-Providing support to senior government officials at the Director level or higher on project management initiatives involving the implementation of major Enterprise Resource Planning systems in large organizations;
-Developing a Portfolio Management Framework including governance, processes and templates, in the context of major business transformations;
-Facilitating and leading sessions, workshops or large groups;
-Providing briefings (including oral presentations and written documentations) to senior government officials (director level and above);
-Applying the methodologies, tools and techniques described in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) in support of large organizations; and
-Providing support to at least one supply chain project.
For the experience to be considered, the resource must have carried out the activities over a minimum period of six months.
Major business transformations are defined as the making of fundamental changes in how existing business is conducted in order to meet the needs of a shifting business environment. For the purposes of the technical criterion, the experience will be counted where gained in large organizations.
Large organizations are defined as having a minimum of 250 people.
